We stand behind every single product that we offer at Cedar & Twine. We currently do not accept returns on items purchased online.
We are more than happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged by our error. If the need arises to exchange an item that was purchased online and received defective or damaged by our error, please email us at courtney@cedarandtwineco.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
You must contact us about your defective or damaged item within 14 days of purchase date to be eligible for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
